Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping records across all bakery sales and purchases
- Process customer invoices, vendor payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable
- Track and categorise monthly expenses, identifying areas to improve cost efficiency
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee payment records
- Support annual budgeting and financial planning processes
- Coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants as required
- Manage petty cash and ensure all receipts and documentation are properly filed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant finance or accounts experience
- Proficiency in MS Office — particularly Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Honest, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced small-team environment
- A genuine passion for food would make you a perfect fit
